Knee, uncomfortable, sleep, bed

From time to time I get these periods of time where my knees feel really weird when I go to bed. It's not pain, it does not hurt, yet it feels like there is pressure inside them. I have read about it and the only thing I could find is about rls cause I do get this unsatiable urge to move my feet, yet my knees don't hurt at all. Is it just my mind? Does it happen to someone else as well? Is it normal for people to feel like this at night?

It's totally normal. Your muscles are relaxing and there is that little urge to just wriggle your legs around a little, stretch a bit, get that circulation going after a lot sitting down all day. No worries.
