I'm thinking about waxing down there. I've never done it. I'm wondering how many people actually wax down there? Is it even worth doing?

I use moustache wax on my pubes when I style it into a handlebar moustache.
Its only worth doing if it makes you feel good. If having a trimmed vagina makes you happy by all means wax it. I personally like vaginas to be hairy, but its all preference if you don't like that, you don't have to comply.
I'm a guy and shave because I expect my girls to be well groomed as well. But lemme tell ya, if u haven't done waxing before, you are in for some serious pain. The pubic area is the MOST painful place to wax. Especially if u do a Brazilian.
If you shave it, be sure to keep it smooth. Nothing worse than getting my nose rubbed raw on stubble when I'm down there.
I don't wax down there. It seems like it would be too painful (I have a low tolerance to pain). I have shaved down there before, not all the way though. You really need a mirror or someone you trust to shave you, if you want to avoid any injuries. Nowadays, I don't do anything for it.
I shave it all off. I prefer being smooth. Makes me feel cleaner. My boyfriend prefers me smooth too. Makes it easier for him to lick.
Wax it off only if you feel it's necessary.
As for me, I don't wax/shave, I just trim it. Heck, I don't even do that sometimes.
I'm a man. I like them fully shaved. It's a matter of hygiene and also because I like to suck it sometimes and it's a big turn-off if it's not shaved.
