    I just wash it the way I normally wash it in the shower. There's no need to douche because the vagina is a self cleaning body part.

      Douching is actually known to fuck up the PH balance of your nethers which, in a way, makes them more dirty.

      Your parts are self-regulating, OP. I've never douched and I've never had an STD or any hygiene issue or issue at all with my biannual check-ups and I fuck all of the time and sometimes in strange ways... and strange places. Take it from me, the shit ain't necessary.

        Because as cuntsiclestick said, the vagina is a self cleansing organ. Shoving those liquids up there messes up the pH balance and then your body has to try and fix that. There is more risk for infections in the woo-woo when you wash out the necessary bacteria that keeps your flora regulated.

    Douching messes with your natural micro flora. The vagina cleans itself. If you have unnatural discharge or a strong bad smell, it might be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. And those require medicine, not douching.

    Yeah. You shouldn't do it unless you went to the beach and got some sand fucked up there or something. It absolutely ruins the ph balance and removes all the protective bacterial cultures that keep foreign agents from causing infections. It's not something you need to be that invasive to keep clean and healthy. Just use some vagisil wash in the shower or something.
