Ladies, is it normal to change a tampon every

When I use the restroom on the time of month I seem to ALWAYS change my tampon. But the thing is I use the rest room ALOT within the day. Is that normal? I don’t know.
It just seems more cleaner but I’m using so many tampons throughout the day.

    yep, sux to get pee on it but nearly impossible to avoid

    If you're concerned about the number of tampons you're using, you could try a cup.

    Normal and hygienic to change it.
