Probably not. Maybe if he was young, handsome and definitely not interested in anything more than flirting, especially more likely if he were gay. If he was older, unattractive and definitely interested in more than flirting I would go to human resources to report him if started harassing me.

Now if my boss was my dear friend with whom I shared a deep emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical compatibility then I would possibly flirt with him, but not to use him for a raise or perks at work!
