Lexmark x3350 driver install problems

Hi,

I just installed a Lexmark All In One printer model X3350 with the latest windows xp 32 bit driver from the lexmark site. When I try to print the test page or a ms word document it doesn't print correctly. Being a newbie I have no idea what to do with it.

*As long as you aren't using generic ink (which it probably came with lexmark ink) it shouldn't be the ink [dont ever use generic ink!]
* Lexmark has a pretty good support system - you should be under the warranty so support should be free
