    Does he want to be with you 24/7 and doesn't give you alone time to do the things you want to do? If so, he's a problem. If not, then he probably just wants to spend time with you.

    He's either extremely controlling, just wants to hang out with you more, or he just doesn't wants to know what you're doing, possibly so he can base his actions off of it. If it bothers you, I suggest you just tell him.
