I find long nails on men disgusting! Especially if they are jagged and yellow. Why do a lot of old men have one long creepy nail, like a thumb nail? Eek.
Its nasty. My ex kept his nails super short. Fucking things were like razor blades! He never understood why I didnt want him to finger me. Like because I dint want my ass to feel like its been sliced open! thanks.

Without a doubt. Plenty of fish in the sea haha. I've been very happy these past 3 months. Getting my life in order. Starting permanent hsit removal got my own place. Getting a stupid good job and finally able to start putting money aside for important surgeries and school.

I've always been borderline paranoid about causing such damage, and I've always assumed that if the edge of a nail feels all right when I run it over on my lip, then it won't be uncomfortable in equivalently sensitive places.

FWIW, I'm an old guy and all my nails are kept neatly filed down. None of them are yellow, either.
Yeah I remember working in a video store and there was an employee who had been there 14 years, he was in his 40s and he was the most unkempt man, long frazzled dreadlocks, long beard, overweight, sweaty, in clothes that needed laundering, with long, yellow fingernails (long term smoker)
The thing was he was very good at his job with all those years experience and he was a very nice man. I couldn’t work out for the life of me why the owner of the shop (who worked in the back room office) never asked him to do something about his personal grooming/hygiene. The guy was working customer service!
One time, after having a lengthy conversation about an old, rare Michael Mann film called “the keep” I spotted a copy of the film at some pop up DVD kiosk selling bootlegged copies of rare/classic film. I bought it for him. I brought it into the shop and he was so happy he came towards me for a hug and oh boy I can’t remember ever not enjoying a hug that much
I used to work for a guy in his 50s who had a huge pot belly but skinny girlish arms and skinny hands with long fingernails. I always found it creepy looking
I believe that long nails can be fine, as long as they're well kept.
The same with women, really. Thing is, men aren't (usually) as hygienic as most males.
I disagree, I shower everyday before I go out, keep myself very clean, always wear fresh clothes head to toe daily, brush teeth wash hair etc, I see some women who look like they need a good shower, but yes I do see men sometimes who look the same, my ex was so lazy it was gross, she sat around in her unwashed night gown all day. Eugh. Why did I have my daughter with her.
Your nails are an indicator of general health. If they are yellow, you probably aren't super well.
I am a male who has either long our short nails, as long nails have their benefits, but too long of nails are inconvenient. I grow them out in a natural manner until they become inconvenient. Then I trim them to be super short. Currently, I have short nails, as I trimmed them earlier today.

Self care for men has been negatively stigmatized unless its beard care. Then they have the same amount of products as a woman does for hair care.
The one long nail ,usually the pinky, seems to be popular among arabs, Indians and various asians. I’ve seen them use it for nasal delving purposes.
