Lose muscle control after peeing

Sometimes when im nearly done peeing i lose my shoulder muscles control for about 1 second,the same feeling when you get shocked by electricity is it normal and why it happens to me?

    Ah the pee shutters. Been known since Greek times. Multiple theories from blood rushed to tempeture loss. I get them too.

    You talk about this to a doctor. It doesn't seems to be too serious but it's definitely not normal.
