Lots of acne here but nowhere else

So I was lucky as a teen and never had acne on my face. but since about 20 (I'm 25 now) I have struggled with terrible acne on my back and only there. They even get real big and sore. I am happy it's not on my face, but it's just even painful for me. Anyone else ever dealt with this? I am going to start a weight training program and am even worried guys will think I am on roids because of it haha And yes, I saw the doctor and they gave me some creams, but they hardly helped and was not worth the monthly bill for the script.

try a back brush. with the brush it deep penetrates pores, use body wash in circular motion with lotsa suds.

Plants also lack sebaceous glands, manage exfoliation entirely differently, and do not worry about comedogenic factors. I've never seen a rock with acne either - yet do not recommend laying in the same spot outdoors forever.

That aside, i'm curious as to the cause of the break outs. I would imagine you are referring to the upper back (pm me if wrong). In such case, which is relatively common, i'd look into clothing. Synthetic fabrics often hoard both bacteria and moisture - leading to warm, large, inflamed, painful spots.

Switch to generic cheap, white, dime-a-dozen white cotton shirts for a while - a recommendation i often see results with from my patients. 100 percent cotton only. You can purchase these in packages of 3 cheaply at almost any department store.

PM me if you have other concerns, or questions. I'd love to help solve the problem.

Get a new mattress. Also go see an esthetician and they'll use this electro laser thing to open the pores on your back and get all the gunk out of them. I think it's called like lasic exfoliation or some shit like that. I used to get reall bad black heads on my back that would swell up sometimes and get really painful, but then I started dating an esthetician and she put this... What's it called... 'Seacret cleansing milk' on my back and this peeling gel. HOLY crap the stuff that came off of my skin! it was ridiculous. I had JUST showered too! After a few months of that she stopped and my skin just kind of corrected itself. I still use the cleanser once a week, but I don't get acne on my back at all anymore.

I have flawless skin so unfortunately I have no idea what you are going through. I can say, however, that the sun does wonders for plants. I have never seen a cauliflower or a lily with acne.

So maybe try tanning in the sun? Boost some vitamin D into your epidermis like a boss.
