Lungs feel week, short breath, hot face

It started this evening and I'm noticing it more. I'm a healthy weight, but my breath became shorter as I spoke, and now, not speaking, my breath feels a shallow, my face feels hot, and my lungs feel weak. What is this? Do any of you get this?

    Heart failure. I had thism goto you emergency hospital if it gets any worse.

    Asthma or panic attack or do you smoke heavily? Or have done so in the past?

    How long does it last? If more than 10 minutes I'd be getting myself to emergency, especially if you have any chest pain with it.

      It lasted about two hours. All is good now, don't know what it was but I know that I'm a bit dramatic lmao
