Make number two so hard that i vomit. is it normal?
I have a high metabolism and often diarrhea. Often it explodes and triggers my gag reflex.

Diarrhea is not normal i had it some twenty years and blamed milk , it was wheat the whole time. all those years not drinking milk and avoiding ice cream for nothing.
