Making experimental films, iin?

Since about last may, I been making experimental films. I film all of them in cities and the concept is isn't extremely complicated, but there's a deep meaning in all of them. I really want to put them on vimeo, but I'm worried that people won't like them or understand them. I don't know how to make special effects and everything that comes with professional film making. I don't even know what to call them, But I know that everyone has to start somewhere. IIN?

    Well, as a fellow aspiring filmmaker myself, I would say go for it. People may love it. After all, art is in the eye of the beholder, and you'll never get anywhere if you fear what people may think. You'll never know if they like it, if you don't try.

    Put them up and don't worry as the more people who don't like/can't understand them, the better they probably are. Something thats truely great is so challenging to people that they usually reject it.

    Genius is seldom appreciated in it's own time.

    I make experimental jazz/ambient/noise music and most people who've heard it, hate it! But i keep on creating.
