Making fun of blue eyes is so pointless

I don't understand why everyone thinks it's so hilarious to make fun of people with blue eyes and blonde hair. It just makes no sense to me.

"Why are they the beauty standard, they look so ugly and weird." Like do you seriously not see the irony? How does calling someone else ugly help you feeling ugly? All it does is make you feel better about yourself. It's not only pointless, it's genuinely pathetic.

There's a trend going around on Tiktok (it's always Tiktok) right now where people basically laugh at blue eyed people for looking "weird". I would kinda understand if brown hair and brown eyed people were bullied for their looks, but they're literally not. No one even really cares at all. How many times have you had someone beat you up because you don't have blue eyes? Are these people genuinely just stupid??

    I haven't heard about this, but then again, I don't have TikTok, fortunately. I agree that it's hypocritical for these so called "body positive" people to criticize those who happen to have certain traits, just because it happens to be a popular beauty standard. What happened to being "positive" about all physical traits? Not to mention it's awful to make someone feel insecure about traits they were born with just because you're insecure about your own. Tearing down others to make oneself feel better always makes the person doing it look childish and self absorbed.

    Honestly, from what little I've seen reposted on other sites from TikTok, it seems to be nothing but a bunch of skulls full of mush who have nothing better to do than make issues where there are none and rattle off about stupid crap for attention. This sounds like it definitely fits into that category. I definitely would take anything from there with a grain of salt.
