    I've used Cialis in the past.

    I couldn't get a solid erection the first time I went to bed with a woman after being widowed and then being single for about a year. Apparently that's not uncommon for widowers. Half a Cialis the next time we got together was enough to do the trick, and it got me over some weird subconscious mental hurdle, so I didn't need it after that.
