Men stare at me with no expression

I go for a walk every day and as I’m just walking normally, wearing normal clothes, almost every day (and sometimes multiple times in one day) a man will drive past, slow his car right down a crawl as he passes me and just turn and stare at me with a completely neutral expression and without saying anything as he passes.

It has happened far to often to just be a few isolated weirdos. I’m an 18 year old girl and I’d say I’m decently attractive but I feel like if they found me attractive they’d say something or at least make a face, rather than just stare at me with a completely blank expression.

Why does this happen? Are they attracted to me? Am I doing some funny walk or something and have just never realised it?

    Those guys are just stupid, disgusting creeps. Carry pepper spray, or a stun gun in case one of them tries something.
