Mold and mildew make me feel sick

I can't go into basement storages or old bathrooms where there's moldy mildew smell. It's not just dislike it makes me feel physically sick and also dizzy spells like a panic attack. Is this normal?

    Mold can be toxic. People in NYC are getting legionnaires disease from moldy air conditioner units. Don't breath it in if you don't have to.
