Mom wants me to see psychologist cuz i don't go out with friends

I'm not the most sociable and outgoing person. I do have friends at school, and most of my socializing happens there.
Well, a few of those friends frequently go hang out outside of school, and my mom thinks there's something really wrong with me for not feeling like going with them.
I do talk to them every day through skype and other social media.
my mom thinks I need to see a psychologist to get myself fixed and willing to go out with friends. I will be honest, I felt a little annoyed....
is it normal for my mom to find me not willing to go out with friends such a serious problem? Is there actually something really wrong with me??

  • I used to love going out with anti-hero. But ever since he cut me off so he could be the amputee he felt that he was in his mind, I am all alone.

Seriously trolls this deserves a real answer!
Maybe you are simply introverted and don't need a lot of interaction. People who are not have a hard time understanding how you can be happy being alone. Unless you feel I satisfied or scared to deal with real people, I would say you probably don't have a problem. At least your mom cares though!

Make the appointment with the psychologist, but clarify to your mom that you'll only go if she comes with you. When the two of you meet with the psychologist, explain to the psychologist how your mom tries to control your life instead if minding her own business.

Yeah right. Encourage him to be a deceitful whiner.

I don't think you should see a psychologist unless you think you have a problem. You should concentrate on your studies and do what socializing you're comfortable with. Tell your mom you're happy with yourself as you are. She should be supporting you, not putting you down.
