It's not hard to find amateur porn where the people are seriously into each other and what they're doing. Sometimes the women in that don't make much noise at all, and sometimes the women seem to be very aware of the camera and probably deliberately exaggerating for effect. But my experience is that some women do make a bit of noise when they're really enjoying sex and they feel free to cut-loose, so I'm certain that sometimes the soundtrack in amateur porn is completely genuine.
