My balls look like pickled eggs. They're swollen and hanging from my scrotum. They smell like minty farts and fish. They also seem to be sprouting little white hairs like when you leave an onion out in the heat for to long. Could this be a fungal infection?

    That's a 99.99% fugal infection you need to use a topical antifungal agent or a systemic one if the condition is worse.

    Please consult a doctor because fungal infections don't go by themselves, actually they get more and more worse however once you apply the proper antifungal you will get ride of them in no time.
