My bed shakes randomly at night(no paranormal answers)

This just happened yesterday. I was in bed late at night watching Youtube videos when I suddenly felt my bed shake as if someone pushed it. I freaked out and grabbed a flashlight to look under the bed but there was nothing there. I calmed down and decided that it had been a small earthquake, but a few minutes later It happened again and this time it felt as if someone grabbed my leg too. This time I ran out of the room and told my roomate some shit was going down in my room. He went in, looked under the bed and said I was just being silly. He also said he didnt feel his bed shake. By this time I was sitting in bed with the lights on and my door locked, but to my surprise it happened again. I ended up passing out from sleepiness a few hours later and I woke up the next morning and the bed has yet to shake. Some important things to note are that I was completely awake during the shaking, I live in Spain and there are never any tremors there, and I know I'm not imagining it because I saw the goddam bed move. The bed has springs in it so i think that may have caused it.

i am having a similar experience. i am guessing it is a spirit of time kind, though i have never felt one before. i tried talking to it and asking nicely if it would stop and make an effort not to scare me, because i was terrified. i knew also that i wasn't crazy because my cat was able to see it and chased it through the house all night! i have not felt it yet today and i hope it is finished with me, but i am on guard! i suggest talking to yours if he comes back....if we both fail, we should move on to paranormal experts!

People drive themselves to madness dealing with things like this because they try to find an answer they can't find. They don't realize they're limiting themselves by straining to see through the key hole of secular limits. Your bed moved and that's "crazy" to you, but it moved did it not? Don't dismiss the unseen because it's "crazy". If you do then your bed didn't move and your the one who is crazy. Just because a person believes something is or is not real doesn't make it so. I know what moved your bed but until you open the door and see it for your self you will remain as you are.

So you fell asleep while watching videos. You had a dream and woke up. Nothing at all odd about that, except you are too dense to figure it out for yourself.

I didnt fall asleep watching videos because it happened as I was watching a video.

OP look into whats called "sleep paralysis" This is the only rational explanation.

    • Edit: I accidentaly clicked on anonymous posting, its me, the OP.

I looked into it and I have experienced sleep paralysis before, but never had that shaking happen. Id attribute the leg grabbing I felt to that sleep paralysis since it seems logical, but the bed definitely moved.

I've had a group of rib-cage-exposed monkeys set my bed on fire and just last night experienced a forceful blow to the side of my head in the sleep paralysis state.

Remember, beds don't move themselves. That's impossible.

I've had that and I've heard a lot of other people say they feel that too, so I looked it up just now and IIN came up about the 2nd or 3rd listing

Read the reply to the first answer it's pretty reasonable (non paranormal)
Personally I only felt this when sleep on a spring mattress.

Yeah, Id say when I felt my leg being grabbed it was either that or just my brain playing tricks on me. Im certain the bed moved as my tv is up against it and that moved too. I asked what the matresses we have in our house are made of and apparently they have really tight springs. Since the bed is old Im starting to think its those dammed springs moving around

A few years ago, I was shaken out of my bed and landed on the floor. It was another earthquake except this one was one giant jolt.

Yeah, thats happened to me too, but as I said, I live in Spain and those earthquakes rarely happen, still a possibility though.
