My best friend doesn't judge anyone at all?

I know it sounds great but she doesn't judge at all and it's really bad. It's actually really unnerving to me. She can see a woman literally yell abuse at her daughter or see a man abuse his kid and she'll say she can't judge. And when watching WHAT WOULD YOU DO the tv show where they show actors abuse their kids or wives and see what people do if they stop them she'll say "I wouldn't say anything because I can't judge parenting styles".

There was a man punched his wife for real when we were at a cafe and I was going to call the cops and she was like "Why? We can't judge them."

Also when her own brother's fiance cheated on him she told me and I said that's terrible he needs to break up with her she just said "I can't judge her, we don't know why she cheated so they should talk it out"

And When her own now ex boyfriend called her a 6 out of 10 rating in the looks department I told her that's rude she said "I can't judge why he'd say that he must have his reasons"

Someone can probably punch her in the face and she'd still say I can't judge.. legit she didn't even judge the funeral director for laughing at her cousin's funeral.. everyone was pissed but she was saying she can't judge him..
