It bothers me how he is always yelling at the dog. Sometimes when she pees on the floor he shoves her face in it and screams . He also has thrown her backward out of the room. He seems to be a bully sometimes. He feels bad about it later but I think she is scared of him and it makes her behavior worse( she won't come when we call her).
That's a major red flag! And why are you letting him do that to a helpless dog? Get rid of this guy now.
It's quite likely that someday when you and he are having problems, as ALL couples do from time to time, he'll be treating you the same way. So many women marry guys like this thinking they love him and if they treat him real good he'll change. People don't change! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Don't try to build a life around a guy that "has potential". Pick a guy that's ALREADY the kind of person you wanna spend a long time with!
