I use support bras (idk how it is called) almost all time.
When I took then off I fell like they are way to heavy, it hurts a bit too.
It aperntly has to do with the genetic of my family, since some of my family members had to make surgeries to make it smaller and lighter.

    Do what my dad and mom did for me when I was 13, Go get a set of tailored bras that fit appropriately and comfortably.

    Normal. Some ladies are just well endowed.

    As you discuss, breast reduction surgery is a common option.

    It's definitely normal if you have a big cup size, as long as you don't notice any odd bumps everything should be fine
