Since all these comments (minus the first one) are immature, I'll say this. Blood after a stool could be two things:

- You passed a hard stool and tore the skin on your bum causing blood and probably minor itching.

- You have Hemorrhoids. This is a condition where the veins in the rectum and anus become inflamed and swollen. It's painful and causes bleeding.

Here are some reasons not related to your rectal area, butanother likely suspect – your stomach. Ulcers are well known for causing bleeding, however bleeding ulcers are serious and you would need to be in the hospital.
