I recently discovered that my co-worker has my email automatically routed to a folder called “Worthless Turd.” I opened the folder and mine is the only email in there. Everyone else has a folder labeled with their actual name. I’ve given him no reason to hate me so why would he do this?
We all have to work with someone sometimes who will just make up their mind to hate one of their coworkers for some piddly-ass bullshit reason. They pick certain targets, and yes sometimes it's racial. Like at one temp job I had loading trucks, this black guy just made up his mind to treat me like his punching bag little bitch. There was six of us and I was the only white guy there besides the supervisor, but he wasn't going to be that way to the supervisor because he would have had the authority to send his ass home if he started talking shit to him, I didn't have the authority to do shit. Some blacks just don't like white people. He probably disliked the white supervisor too, but he wasn't gonna show it towards him because he was the supervisor. So guess who he chose to take his stupid bullshit racist hate out on. It's fucked up, I mean we're all human.
But come time to get some white pussy, they suddenly seem to have no problems with whites.
Or maybe he disliked you for an entirely different reason, like say, you jump to conclusions.
How long have you been working around black people? Black people sometimes come off as being rude to us but sometimes they're just different. When I first started working with blacks i thought they were always about to fight. Theyll yell at eachother and talk shit but a lot of times theyre just playing. Id say just dont complain to the supervisor and have his back. You cant control him but you can you.
Lots of people would probably hate someone who snooped through their stuff at work.

Sounds like you spend most your time looking at other people stuff when you should be doing your work so that would make you a worthless turd.
How do you know this? Do you go through his computer when he's not there?

He is a PC professional, could have easily called you a "worthless tard" but didn't
