we broke up 9 or 10 months ago but every few months i'll get a message from her calling me a fatass (my weight was my biggest insecurity when i was with her, i'm still not totally happy with it but i'm better) in various creative ways from a blank account. i don't get how she's not bored yet, we only dated for like 3 fucking months lmao.
I was dumped and the guy kept harassing me with fake social media accounts and tried hacking into mine. He also hacked into my bank account and spent my money (which I got back). Horrifying what some people do. 100% block this person
It's not normal that she's doing this and it says a lot about why you broke up with her. People who cling to negative emotions and lash out are some of the least desirable people. Just block all her sockpuppet accounts and ignore her. Just because she wants to start shit doesn't mean you have to play along.

Ignore it, that's what blocking is for, if you respond even if it's to a friend or on here. If she knows you are reading it and she is getting a reaction, it will continue.
Somebody here has to mature and move on. After 9 months from a 3 month fling you should not really be thinking or caring what she does. Unless there's more to this story.
I would actually advocate not replying at all. A troll normally won’t differentiate between a sympathetic or rude response, any form of attention is a victory in their eyes and will encourage further harassment.
Few things make someone feel more of a loser than sending a long emotionally charged message and receiving nothing back.
She sounds like a piece of trash, who's parents have never gave attention to. If she continues you have every right to continue to blank her out.
No one needs to have a toxic scumbag in their life, no one deserves it.
