The right side of my face hurts so much when I press it down like under and behind my ear going down but not my cheek and my teeth or anything in my mouth doesn't hurt. My muscles feel like they hurt not my bones what do I do , what is this called it been like this for a month now
I agree with everyone else. A quick trip to the emergency room will help out a lot. It's probably something simple. For two months I lost my voice, went to the ER during the night (way fewer people) and they gave me benadryl. I suffered for two months, and all I had to do was take some allergy medicine once a day for a week.
Go to your doctor. It could be an ear infection. It could be a swollen lymph node. It can be a carcinogenic cyst. The point is if its been going on for a month. Go see your doctor.
I always have sore bones, it's a part of life. Maybe it because the way you eat, if you have rested your fist to your face for a long time, ect best thing to do it to give it a run for about 5 mins before bed and when you wake up, if this doesn't help you should probably go to the doctor.

Could be acute mastoiditis, a type of ear infection. I had it once and my symptoms were pain behind my ear and a small knot. Antibiotics will fix it if that is what you have. I would go to a doctor.
Maybe you hit it or compressed it in your sleep. Wait a little bit before you do something about it.
