Wow thats weird, crawling into ladies' rooms...
Anyway, i have no idea why i'm scared, i just am. I sleep with the lights on, i cant stand the dark, i'll scream. Even with the lights on, i just feel like a ghost or something might come in. Its really serious, i used to not even sleep at my place, at times i would just rotate and sleep at my friend's and cousin's. What can i do?
Also if your mind is thinking that and just can't stop maybe see your doctor, you may need like
a relaxing sort of tablet etc, my sister takes these special drops or
Something from a naturopath....
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww poor girl...... Well if I can give you some advice, I sometimes sort of think like that, this might happen, this might happen, but I sleep fine, ghosts don't exist so that's okay just remember to tell yourself THEY DONT EXIST!!! Also if you afraid of a robber etc, my advice is to save for an alarm system, the best/intelligent weapons are the non lethal that cannot be used against you in any case, hope this helps and don't worry xfg he is just trying to make you further scared I think, I hope this helps :-)

@Dad, my boyfriend tells me the same thing. He says its all in my head and says whenever i have those kind of thoughts, i must just laugh about it like its crazy.
I guess i just need to learn to be on my own and not be afraid, although its just so hard. I'll keep trying.
Hi, sometimes these fears are due to excessive anxiety. Things like, can't sleep, keep hearing noises; jumpy; need to know what's happening all the time etc etc.
Sleeping with the light on is quite normal, it helps if you need to get up during the night, it takes away the darkness, it can be comforting when alone.
My biggest concern in your case would be swapping having a 'boyfriend' there all the time just to cater for your fears, you'll need to be careful of this if you ever get to full time OR if another 'friend' presents themselves to you who can do this.
I suggest you physically exert yourself moreso during the day than you presently do (ideally exercise is good for that). And see if that allows you to peacefully sleep at night.
Definitely no ghosts, because we now understand the brain controls all our movements and thoughts including consciousness, so therefore ghosts cannot exist. PLUS if you did actually see a ghost you would be the first person ever to do so.
If you still can't sleep at night then computer chat would also help.
Get a dog or a cat to keep you company, animals are very sensitive to the paranormal. You'll feel much less afraid after you see that Fido or Fluffy is fine, and not afraid.
Thanks Carlton. Its been years now. I will take your advice and see a doctor.
You could buy like a lava lamp or something lol
Or carry a glock 47 by your side lol
