My friend hate me because of this thing

So here's my problem: I have a few friend at college. They're okay with me but with other, they seem very friendly. One day, I listened their conversation but I pretend I didn't hear anything. My friend say something about me. They say that I am an antisocial person because I dont have this one phone app. You know what app is it? It's Discord. At this time I felt very sad because they say bad thing about me just because this one app. I dont hate Discord but the way they treat me like that (who doesnt have the app)... I dont like it. It like your level is so low just because I dont have the app. What did they want?? If I installed the app than what? I am an introvert. I only hang out with them.
