My friend throws bottles on the highway from his backyard, iin?

My friend lives at his mom's house which is right behind one of those noise barrier walls. When he's drunk, he gets physically aggressive... a couple months ago he pushed over a homeless person's cart into the street and then blamed them for pissing and shitting on the street when my other friend told him that wasn't cool.

When we hang out at his house after the pubs close we usually play video games. However a couple times we hung out in the backyard and that's when he starts throwing bottles over the wall. I told him not to do it, but it's not gonna make me stop hanging out with him.
