    For most guys, a full erection compresses the urethra so much that it's not possible to urinate with a solid hard-on. Trying really hard to do it might be so uncomfortable that the erection subsides enough for it to happen (but you might want to think carefully about whether there's anything in your rectum before you bear down that hard).

    The arrangement of the female urethra means that women shouldn't have the same problem and it's not unknown for women with weak pelvic floor muscles to leak urine during sex. (Some people believe this is all that squirting is. My experience and the research I've read means I disagree, but this isn't the question here.) If your girlfriend wanted to pee but couldn't, I suspect the problem was most likely a psychological one. It's not easy to overcome a lifetime of conditioning which decrees that women should only pee on a toilet (hell, some women find it very difficult to urinate in public toilets because of anxiety that someone will hear them), there's probably all sorts of deeply-buried inhibitions in your girlfriend's mind about not peeing in bed, and figuring out how to relax her urinary sphincter while having penetrative sex might not be easy.

    As for the bigger question, quite a few people get off on piss-play. It's a huge taboo going all the way back to our very early childhood, and many people find deliberately violating taboos very erotic.

    Regardless of what your mother and her's may have told you, there's nothing dangerous about urine. The urban myth is that pee is sterile; strictly speaking, that's not true, but there's nothing toxic or hazardous in the urine produced by a healthy person.

    And there's nothing really outrageously weird about you and your girlfriend experimenting if you're curious. If you want to explore this, maybe a good place to start would be taking a shower together.

      She has just never said anything about pee play or anything in the past it actually seemed to more gross her out than anything every once in a while if I’m too tired to get up I’ll pee in a bottle if she finds it she’s completely grossed out that and if we shower together she hates when I pee in there it was just this one night she really wanted me to pee in her.         Maybe it was just the endorphins from the prolonged sex and whatever other chemicals were affecting her brain that made her suggest it. So, as you say, just a weird, random, heat of the moment thing.

        On the other hand, if she has an extreme reaction to urine at other times, it's possible that indicates something. Sometimes, we react strongly to things that interest us but which we believe we shouldn't find interesting. An extreme example is guys who beat the shit out of gay men because they refuse to accept the fact that, deep down, they're sexually attracted to other men. It's a way of proving to themselves - and the world - that they're not like those guys, mixed in with a hefty dose of self-loathing.

        It's possible her normal inhibitions were impaired that night, and so something that's been squirming around in the deepest depths of her mind was able to come to the surface. All the women I've had a relationship with have had what I consider to be a more or less normal sort of aversion to urine. None of them ever suggested that I try to pee while inside them, and nor have they ever attempted to piss on me. It seems to me that your girlfriend mentioning this in the heat of the moment suggests that something is going on there.

        Finally, I gotta say, dude, leaving bottles of pee sitting around is really pretty uncouth.

      I used to believe that it's not possible for a man to urinate with an full erection - it's certainly true for me.
