So when the teacher asks a question and the only one raising my hand she pretends that my hand doesn't exist and explains it anyway. So anyway she never calls on me and my hand is up all the time. In my report card she said that i have to partisapate more in the conversations. BUT SHE NEVER CALLS ON ME ! ! any tips

Talk to your teacher. Say you'd like to participate more and have tried. Tell the teacher you have raised your hand but not been called on. Have the discussion and see where it takes you.
Complain to the head of the school/college. If they are ignoring you and then saying that on your reports then you have to show her that your not going to take it.
Why don't you stay behind after class and confront your teacher? Tell him/her that you raised your hand several times during the class discussion and that they ignored you. Inform them that you will continue to raise your hand during class discussions and that it would behoove "them" to call upon you instead of giving you a bad grade for lack of participation at the end of the term. If you feel that they have an attitude about you and will do as they please, let the school Principal know about the situation so that your teacher will be penalized if they continue to treat you unfairly. Complaining about the situation online will NOT get your needs met.

My teachers were all the same, I was pretty much always the only one who knew the answer but of course they have to cater to the other students more, after about 3 weeks I just gave up. At one point one of them asked me if I was struggling because I stopped putting my hand up so I raged at her for never letting me answer when I wanted to, but being perfectly comfortable singleing me out infront of everyone else when it seemed I had dropped to their levels. She learnt her lesson that day.

Haha! My Humanities proffesor was the same way. He would lecture for an hour and a half and not answer any questions. If you did have a question he would "gladly discuss it AFTER class"!. WTF?!

I used to get this all the time. They'd even point out that they weren't going to ask me, like "Can anyone but dappled answer the question, please". It was for the good of the class, though. There were 32 people in the group and my needs were less important because I already knew the answer. The teacher's job is to teach the 31 people who don't know the answer.
In the end, I worked this out and I stopped putting my hand up.
Some teachers are bitches like that. Next time they ignore you, speak up! Say "I'd like to answer the question!"
