I constantly have to keep a tiny spray bottle with me thats filled with water so I can spray my hands. My hands aren't dry or sweaty, just normal.

If I'm at work, I can't take a spray bottle with me, so I use a tiny anti-bacterial bottle thats usually half filled with water so I can just put that on my hands without looking too odd.

I do this about 10 times an hour every single day. Have done so for the past 3 years.

    It does sound like you have OCD. Be careful not to cause damage to your hands. Contact your doctor.
    This is the 1st time I have heard of someone doing this
