My hemhorroids are killing me

I literally feel like I stuck a cactus up my ass. Seriously, whenever I sit..... It is fucking excruciating. And these damn things are bleeding what looks like pints of blood. Every time I take a dump, it's so bad it makes me feel nauseous from the pain of the damn things. And these things wake me up at night. is it normal for hemhorroids to be this bad?

    Dingle berries are no fun, my friend. Whatever you do, try not to be constipated, and try not to get diarrhea. Get you some Preparation H and Tucks medicated pads. I also use aloe vera gel and baby wipes. Hemorrhoids are no joke!
