    You can only thumbs up 2 comments from each user each day I believe

    I remember back in the day when random innocuous comments would have -3 sometimes. It’s a shame obsessive people ruined the system I miss voting with gay abandon.

      If you give too many thumbs down, you lose the privilege. Only users with high karma can down vote. But the must do so selectively.
