My mom contradicts everything my doctors say

I had a reconstructive nose surgery some weeks ago and my mom just contradicts everything and tells me how I should take her and makes up some really stupid ''diagnosis''. Ej. Doctor told me to put a bag of ice on my head every hour, my mom said I didn't have to ''at night because it was cold anyway'', I got a bad spring allergy and my mom said it was caused from ''using the computer too much'', my doctor said I couldn't walk in the sun for months and my mom randomly said it was okay, my doctor said I wasn't supposed to let the shower hit me directly unto my nose patch and my mom said it was okay and that could actually scrub it, I phoned the doctor and he said it was not true at all and so on...
