My mom is a hypocrite and i hate her for it

When me, my brother and my dad swear she tells us off when we swear but when she does it is fine, tells me off for skipping lunch but when she does it is fine, yells my name when I'm watching a movie but when I do it to her she fucking yells at me. Another one is where when I walk barefoot in the living room I am scolded but when she does it she thinks its OK.

She's too hypocritical and I have lots of hate. I still hate her for every hypocritical stuff she's done, even when I explain this she won't accept shes wrong she always believes she's right.

    that is frustrating and i get mad at my mom all the time for that. impossible to change her mind too. ahh, frustrating as it is, she does love me. oh well, at least she cares. strangers wouldn't even care if i hop off a bridge tomorrow.

    everyone is a hypocrite there are not exceptions! we all do things and then condemn others for the same. Just like being bias, everyone is bias about something, its human nature.

    Almost all people are hypocritical to some degree.

    The common fact is that we judge others by what they do or say, and we judge ourselves by our intentions (and whitewash what we say and do). It's the rare individual who is not affected by that pattern.

    I have a friend that has a narcissistic mom that is something to what you're describing. With him, it's less that she's hypocritical and more that she's intrusive on things that he does. But either way, it sucks to deal with people who are....in their own bubble.

    So tell her. You dont have to be mean about it, just either get her on video, audio, or write down what she says word for word. Then if you do confront her, then you will have your ducks in a row.
