She is not happy about the 200 square feet or the cold water, I have asked my landlord to connect the water heater to the studio but he said it's not in the lease. She's from Russia and keeps complaining that I showed her misleading photos and that half of our bed is in the closet where our clothes is hanging.
Since you have a lease, you’re presumably living in a legal apartment. Check your state’s law on “warranty of habitability”, which would include the minimum requirements the STATE requires the landlord to provide, which typically includes hot water, lease or not. As for the wife, give her some vodka until you can afford a bigger place.

Well I can see her not being happy about living in that situation.
I once lived in a place for 6 months that only had cold water and it sucked.
