My partner sets an alarm for 10pm nigthly, should i be alarmed?

This alarm goes off nightly, since i have met him over a year ago, I don't know any one that does it but he says it's set to remind him to go to sleep. Is this normal? I've tried to turn it off but it comes back.

    i don't think it is necessarily normal, but if he is one of those people that will stay up all night without being aware of the time, then it makes sense. maybe he just realizes he has to get a certain amount of sleep for work.

    If that's the only thing your partner does wrong... be glad.

    There's weirder things he or she could be doing.... like stuffing the neighbors into the fridge, or going out at night to cheat on you.

    an alarm at 10 pm to remind him or her to go to sleep? what does it harm? besides, if it works and your partner goes to bed at a reasonable time and gets up fresh and rested... again what does it harm?

    I've done that before, sometimes at night if I'm too wrapped up in my work, I'm going to need something to remind me to stop and go to bed.

    well i think its absolutely normal....coz i am a guy who stays awake all night no matter how damn tired i am the day b4 !!
    so i need to get up in the morning so i need to have a little nap ....
    and when i am home doing somehting intresting(which is like every night)i cudnt keep track of time !!!
    so maybe thats why he needs a alarm and its nothing to be concerned about !!!
    btw now i myself gonna consider to put an alarm to go to sleep...
    ha ha ha

    Well idk. Sleep at his house and see what he does at 10pm..have you ever slept there before? Orrrrr...watch his house at that time to see if he leaves.

    I always stay up too late. I think it at least shows more initiative to go to bed than I could muster.

    I do the same, i have an alarm 6:00 Am, another 8:30 am, another 1:40 pm, and the other is 10 pm :D. and the are for nothing! i just like to put them :D
