My persian baby is winking at me

I got this persian cat. I named him Shiroi (means "light colored" in japanese). He is sooo cute and it always purr whenever I'm petting him. It likes to rub its face on my legs, hands etc. then one time while I was running errands, I saw him in one corner and he started winking at me and went down to sit beside me and look me in the eye while winking. What does it mean when your super cute cat winks at you and is it normal for a cat to wink at its owner? Does it thinks I'm hot or something? Thanks

Why would you give your Persian Cat a Japanese name?. That's as wired as a white girl named Shaniqua.

I read that when cats close their eye(s) at you it means they're giving you a little kiss in cat language.

I am pretty sure it's normal. I had one baby and it did lots of weird things. Baby's can't speak so they try to find new ways to for example.. Crying. So as far as I can go I am 80% sure it's normal!

Maybe there's something in baby cat's eye? Cats and dogs don't generally do a lot of winking, because they're more about cute than weird or creepy.

Cats don't realize that they are winking. It is just a reflex. I have two cats and they wink at me all the time! It doesn't mean anything.
