My phone gives me head pain

So I always hold my phone to my left ear when I'm not on speaker. My right ear is kinda janked, I hear static, I think I heard to much bass in it. But i get really intense head pains if.i hold my smart phone to my head for a long time. Euro health organizations warn about this Right? I am American, I think I have headaches from my smart phone's radiation.

    Maybe too much time looking at a screen also wont help.
    or mybe u just have an infection
