My teeth have always been sensitive to temperature

Ever since I can remember, my teeth have been sensitive to temperature. I cannot bite directly into ice cream or other frozen/very cold foods, and my teeth get sensitive if I eat hot food immediately after cold, or vice versa.

    Try sleeping with a mouthpiece in. I have the same issue because I grind my teeth I have to use a mouthpiece.
