My teeth shifted

anyone else get to the age where you start to notice that your teeth have shifted a bit? I asked my dentist and they said that everyone's teeth shift..

I think it's slight, but I wonder if it's changing the shape of my face. I have high cheekbones, but I wonder if this is going to make me look gaunt.

UGH

Not sure if you've ever had braces or not, but I recetly asked my dentist the same question. I had braces when I was in middle school and have had my retainers ever since. It's like 15-20 years or so. Every now and then I'll pop them in and they're really tight. My dentist said often times people stop wearing their retainers and their teeth will shift back in their 20's and 30's. I still wear mine every now and then to prevent this. Ugh!

Wisdom teeth often come in when we are young adults. This will shift your teeth.
