My tongue moves when i read silent, am i the only one?

when i read silently my tongue moves the way i should actually speak and it is bizzare. i attempt to stop it but when i do, the words in my mind will begin to sound "unvoweled" and then the silent reading is disturbed

    try eating while you read and see what happens.

    I wouldn't say that it's normal or abnormal, but rather that it's quite common.
