My tooth is awful

I used to wear braces and I had them on for almost three years. I got them off a couple of years ago and since then I’ve been wearing removable retainers. I’ve noticed that one of my canine teeth is moving up and it’s now way higher than my other teeth and it looks really bad. I don’t know if I should get braces again because this time I’d have to use a permanent retainer on the back of my teeth and that is really inconvenient. Should I fix this tooth or not?

    Major changes usually require some kind of braces. The modern ones are more cosmetic than the old ones.

    If it really bothers you you might as well fix it if you have parents that will pay or you have enough money where it wont hurt. I dont know your age but its often better to get when young
