My walkie talkies aren't working read below:

I bought these walkie talkies and they came to my house. I opened the package and started using them and everything was ok with them. The next day me and my family member where using them and they just stopped working. They will turn on, change the channels, turn the volume up and down, but I cant send or receive messages. The volume is all the way up on both of the walkie talkies, the channel is the same, everything is the same. I just cant send or receive messages and both of the walkie talkies are doin this. Anyone know what's up with 'em?

    Cheap items often fail fast.

    The people who use Walkie Talkies in real life for work or search and rescue typically spend at least $500 per walkie talkie to get reliable ones that work and sound good.

    Maybe try and remove the batteries for awhile and try again.

      Yeah I was testin em out with my husband to make sure that they werent easy to break, but apparently they are.

        You just got a crappy pair. I remember me and a friend got one and we lived like a mile away. We just thought it was novel as heck. Even though we grew up as the smartphones were just getting started our parents were smart enough (mostly frugal) to give us walkie talkies first.

    It sounds like you bought them online. Where did you buy them? Any chance it may have come from an unreliable seller?
