My week at work

i work for a painting co,i been here many years ,i think it time for me to leave,in summer ac 64 inside ,winter 64 ,no heat ,bathroom like a dump ,i am the only woman in office ,i feel trap at this job ,i have 4 more years till am 66 ,he wants me to buy this co ,people here due not due there jobs ,billing is done by 1 man ,never on time for the month its due ,i due my job very well ,pay roll ,phone calls ,the list go on and on ,is it normal or is it just me
