My worse habits

Well when I get nervous I always pick up these bad habit like my hands would shake and I would start to step back and forth over and over again. Or I rethink of what happen in that situation and I would shake my head over and over again because I would think that it was my fault.Or I would stand still and start breath heavily.
Is this Normal or is there something wrong with me?!

    I often fidget and shake my legs. Some find it annoying but it burns calories on the plus side:)

    I think you should try prayer, meditation, deep breathing, yoga and aromatherapy; those methods work for me!
