Nagging business to hire you work?

Does constantly going up to the same business over and over work? Since I done this several times but was told to keep doing it. Its just it been over a month and I was expecting it to work sooner. How long does it really take for this to work?

    I would not hire anyone who did not come back at least 3 times to show me their interest. I'd get hundreds of applicants for each position and it really helped weed out the lazy ones and the dreamers.
    Of course, for us we couldn't wait weeks, as we usually had to get underway for Europe or the Caribbean, so it happened a bit swifter that it would ashore.

      Okay so 7-12 times? How much longer are you suppose to do it till they hire you?

        For me? Until I got the job or they called they cops for trespassing! I don't give up easily.
